President's Message
I have the honor and privilege of serving as president of The Albertson Fire Company, which is staffed by your neighbors who respond at all times of the day and night. On behalf of those dedicated volunteers, I thank you for taking the time to visit our website and learn more about us.
Founded in 1910, the Albertson Fire Company is an all-volunteer organization that provides Fire & Rescue services for Albertson, Roslyn Heights and the Searingtown area. The company operates two stations and responds to over 500 calls annually. We participate in weekly trainings and educational opportunities to provide the highest level of service in a professional and caring manner. For more information click the HISTORY link above.
Our Company also hosts multiple Community Outreach events through the year, including Parades, Open House, Trunk or Treat, School Education Programs and the ever-popular Santa Run.
Fire safety begins at home. Please take a moment to check your Fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors and replace batteries regularly. Create and practice an escape plan. Always report any signs of smoke or fire immediately to authorities as early intervention can prevent escalation. For more information click the SAFETY link above.
